Well, if you are like me exercising is not one of my top priorities…it should be. Especially since a large number of puppeteers I have worked with in the past complained of lower back and/or shoulder pain. I haven’t had to experience pain and discomfort from puppeteering, but as my age climbs and I find myself sitting in front of a computer for most of the day, it is something I worry about. Here are some easy exercises I’m beginning to try, if you have never exercised I recommend checking in with a doctor prior to exercising.
