Puppet on a bike

Well, I’m in the middle of shooting a short promotional video for the camp I work for. Here is a shot of a groundhog puppet riding a tri-cycle. It was pretty easy to execute too. We held the puppet on the bike by elastics and stuck a stick in the body so the puppet’s spine would not slump. I had to bend a coathanger around the base of the handle bars to push the puppets knees forward, and keep them from bending backward. I then strung fishing line from each of the handle bars so I could steer the bike while I pulled it towards me. The bike tipped a couple of times, but I think the effect wasn’t bad for something we made in a couple of minutes.
